1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to purchases of the digital guide Comfort & Nourishment After 60 (“the guide”) from Gentle Years Living (“we”, “us”) through our store on Payhip. By buying or using the guide, you agree to these terms. Payhip’s own terms also apply to the checkout.

2. The product

The guide is a 92-page digital PDF. Nothing is shipped: you download the file and can read it on a phone, tablet or computer, or print it for your own use.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any taxes that apply where you live are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment providers; we never receive your full card details.

4. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, Payhip shows your download link straight away and also emails it to the address you used at checkout. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder, then send us a message through our Payhip store’s contact page and we’ll help.

5. Your licence to use the guide

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the guide for your own non-commercial use. All content remains the property of Gentle Years Living. Please don’t share, resell, upload, copy or publish the guide or any part of it (including its recipes, text, images and printables) without our written permission.

6. Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee

If the guide isn’t right for you, send us a message through our Payhip store’s contact page within 7 days of your purchase, including the email address you used at checkout. We’ll refund you in full through Payhip. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

7. Health information disclaimer

The guide and this website share general educational information about food, comfort practices and daily routines. They are not medical advice, they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for care from your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified clinician.

• Talk with your clinician before trying a new food, herb, heat or cold practice, or exercise, especially if you take medicines (for example blood thinners, diabetes or blood-pressure medicines), live with a long-term health condition or allergies, or have surgery coming up.
• Stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness or other discomfort, and get medical advice if your symptoms change, get worse or don’t improve.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

The website uses Christian artwork and Bible quotations as spiritual encouragement. Gentle Years Living is the seller. Jesus is not the author or seller of the ebook, and the website does not claim divine endorsement, church affiliation or guaranteed spiritual or medical results. Bible reflections are available freely on the website; they are not part of the paid PDF unless expressly stated. The paid PDF is unchanged from the product represented in the previews.

8. Limitation of liability

We work hard to make the guide accurate and useful, but it is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentle Years Living is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for harm resulting from the use or misuse of the information in the guide, and our total liability relating to your purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
